The Parent/Guardian, in acknowledgment of potential risks, hereby releases Special Ops Child Watch, LLC from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. The Parent/Guardian assumes full responsibility for any liabilities arising from the event itself.

Special Ops Child Watch Service strives to capture and celebrate your child's wonderful moments and experiences while participating in our drop-in care program during hosted events. We often document these moments through photographs or videos to share with you and our community. To ensure we comply with privacy regulations and respect your preferences, we kindly request your consent regarding the use of your child's photographs or videos for the following purposes:

1. Displaying photos: I permit Special Ops Child Watch Service to display photographs or videos of my child within the event location premises, such as on bulletin boards, hallways, or common areas.

2. Sharing on our website or social media: I permit Special Ops Child Watch Service to share photographs or videos of my child on the program's official website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). These may be used for promotional purposes or to showcase our program's activities and achievements.
