A Special Event is any event deemed special to the Member, Unit, or Organization. Examples are Conferences, Retreats, Ball, Symposiums, Holiday Parties, Weddings, etc.

Who Does SOCWS Serve?

SOCWS' target audience is Military Members, Military Programs & Units, and Military Affiliated Organizations. We are open to serving Private Corporations on a case-by-case basis due to schedule availability.

Is SOCWS Child Care?

In short, the answer is No. However, we provide Excellent, Focused, Engaged, and Themed fun on site of a Special Event exclusively for Children of attending guests.

What is the Minimum and Maximum Amount of Children Serviced?

Accepted Answer

The minimum number of children serviced is 10 while the Maximum is 200(contingent on the capacity of the area allotted for       our service). Every event is staffed based on the contracted amount of children.

What Items Do I Bring For My Child?

We provide a full unlimited USDA-approved "Snack" Buffet during the event time. No additional food is allowed into our space. (Infants ONLY can bring Labeled Formula, Labeled Breast Milk and Labeled Snacks) *Labeled: First & Last Name, Date
