Frequently asked questions
- 01A Special Event is any event deemed special to the Member, Unit, or Organization. Examples are Conferences, Retreats, Ball, Symposiums, Holiday Parties, Weddings, etc.
- 02SOCWS' target audience is Military Members, Military Programs & Units, and Military Affiliated Organizations. We are open to serving Private Corporations on a case-by-case basis due to schedule availability.
- 03In short, the answer is No. However, we provide Excellent, Focused, Engaged, and Themed fun on site of a Special Event exclusively for Children of attending guests.
- 04The minimum number of children serviced is 10 while the Maximum is 200(contingent on the capacity of the area allotted for our service). Every event is staffed based on the contracted amount of children.
- 05We provide a full unlimited USDA-approved "Snack" Buffet during the event time. No additional food is allowed into our space. (Infants ONLY can bring Labeled Formula, Labeled Breast Milk and Labeled Snacks) *Labeled: First & Last Name, Date
- 06SOCWS ONLY accepts payment for our service from Event Coordinators.
