We are delighted to have you and your child join us for our drop-in care event. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to review the following important information and guidelines:

If applicable, parents must remit payment to your Event Coordinator. SOCWS does not take payment from parents. Our payment agreement is with Event Coordinators only.

Registration closes 1 week/7 days, before your event date. Please ensure you complete the registration process by this date to secure your child's spot.

Please ensure that your child is fed and arrives in their pajamas for the drop-in care event. For bottle-fed children, kindly bring your own labeled bottles with formula pre-scooped. Our staff will provide bottled water for preparing the formula during feeding. Additionally, please bring no fewer than 4 diapers for your child's needs. Children must wear hard-bottomed shoes for their safety and comfort during indoor activities. We kindly request that drop-off is quick, and pick-ups are prompt to maintain an efficient flow for all participants.

For accurate attendance records, we require parents to sign in and out on both the DailyConnectApp and in writing upon arrival and departure. Your cooperation in this process is greatly appreciated.

Please note that Special Ops Child Watch Services is not responsible for any personal items brought from home. We recommend leaving personal belongings at home to avoid loss or confusion during the event.

LIABILITY WAIVER

The Event Committee, in acknowledgment of potential risks, hereby releases Special Ops Child Watch, LLC from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. The Event Committee assumes full responsibility for any liabilities arising from the event itself.
POST-EVENT SAFETY PROTOCOL
In the aftermath of the event, Special Ops Child Watch Services prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of all participants through the following protocol:
IMPAIRED PARENT AFTER the EVENT
If a parent is observed exhibiting signs of impairment after the event, hindering their ability to safely care for their child, the following steps will be taken:
CHILD SAFETY MEASURES
Immediate Care: Ensure the child's safety by taking custody in a secure and designated area.

Contact Event Point of Contact (POC): Notify the designated Event POC promptly.
COORDINATION FOR SAFE DEPARTURE
Designated Driver: The Event POC will coordinate with a designated driver for the safe transportation of the impaired parent.
Childcare Designee: A designated person will be identified to provide care for the child until the parent is fit to resume custody.
FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATION
Next-Day Check-In: The Event POC will follow up with the impaired parent the following day to ensure their well-being and discuss the safe return of their child.
Wellness Check Inclusion: Post-Event Wellness Checks: Special Ops Child Watch Services will conduct wellness checks for parents after the event to ensure their overall well-being.
