Liability Waiver
The Parent/Guardian, in acknowledgment of potential risks, hereby releases Special Ops Child Watch, LLC from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. The Parent/Guardian assumes full responsibility for any liabilities arising from the event itself.
